A member in good standing may apply for a season guest pass for one constant caregiver by submitting the form at the bottom of the page. Upon Board approval the application will be for the current season only and a fee will be charged in addition to the annual membership dues.
Caregiver’s Season Guest Pass Rules
- A caregiver pass application is to be completed by a member of a Family Group in good standing and submitted for review. If approved, the Family Group agrees to pay $100 fee in addition to their membership fee for the caregiver pass.
- A membership will be issued under the Family Group name for the caregiver and must be verified when entering the pool.
- Such membership entitles the caregiver to enter only with the designated member(s) of the Family Group to which the card was issued.
- No guest may enter with the caregiver.
- The caregiver must be 15 years or older.
- The following additional rules will apply to a caregiver pass
- Such membership shall only be valid Monday thru Friday during the hours when the pool opens until 5:00PM.
- Such membership is void on weekends and Holidays.
- For children under the age of 12, such membership is void when the parents of the designated member(s) are present. This includes any other adult family member or guardian.
