Early Season Pavilion Reservations

Event Details

We will be accepting pavilion rental requests starting at 5:30p, Monday, May 4 at the Pool.

This early rental opportunity is only for reservations between Opening Day and June 28, inclusive.

After the season begins, pavilion rental for any available time (including the “Early Season” time above) must be handled at the Front Desk.

If the meeting venue needs to be changed for any reason it will be published to the website no later than 4:00p, Monday, May 4.

How Pre-Season Reservation Works

  • 5:30p: Pre-Registration Opens
    • To pre-register you’ll provide:
      • Name
      • Membership Number
      • Desired Rental Date
      • Pavilion Preference (Front, Back, or Deck)
      • Desired Duration (Early, Late, or Full Day)
      • Expected Number of Guests
    • Each Family Group can pre-register for at most one rental.
      • A Family Group can register multiple reservations during this event but only one can be submitted for pre-registration.
  • 6:00p: Pre-registration Closes
    • Any conflicts to be resolved via random selection.
  • 6:05p: Registration
    • Pre-registrants will be called in order of pre-registration to confirm rental details and provide payment. Cash and credit card accepted.
    • If a pre-registrant is not present when their name is called the opportunity to reserve will be forfeited.
    • Registration for anyone showing up after 6p and those with multiple reservations requests will be handled in arrival order, after those that pre-registered.
