We’re excited to kick off the 2026 swim season!

We are currently updating this page as new information becomes available, including practice times and membership fees. Please review the important information —such as registration dates, eligibility requirements, fees, and upcoming events—and check back often for updates.

2026 Registration Dates

March 16 – Returning Members and their siblings
March 23 – New Members
Registration will remain open until our roster cap is met.
All registration closes by May 22, unless the cap is reached earlier.

Reminders & Requirements

Pool Membership: You do not need to be a member of Skippack Pool to join the swim team.
Age Requirement: Children must turn 5 years old by June 1 to be eligible.
Skill Requirement:
- The swim team is not intended to be swim lessons.
- Swimmers must know basic freestyle and backstroke.
- They must be able to safely and independently swim the full length of the pool, even with other swimmers nearby.
- There is no Pre-Team, so all swimmers must meet age and skill requirements for the main team.
Swim Meets:
- Meets are typically held Tuesdays, starting around 5:00 PM and running until about 10:00 PM.
- All swimmers are expected to stay for the full duration of the meet to support and cheer on their teammates.
Team Size: We are a large team and aim to make your child’s experience a positive one—not overwhelming!

New Families – Opens March 23

Registration will close once the team is full or on June 1, whichever comes first.

High School Swimmers (Including Incoming 9th Graders)

HS swimmers must register with Skippack via Team Unify:

Skippack does not offer HS practices.
If your swimmer is not already practicing with another program, you may register with PV Community Education, which offers early morning practices at the high school:

2026 Registration Fees

Note: High school swimmers are also responsible for the PV Community Education fee if participating in their program.

Refund policy:

Cancellation of Registration: Complete cancellation of Skippack Swim Team registration, prior to June 1^st, allows for a refund of registration fees minus $50 processing fee and includes the cancellation of the volunteer obligation for the family. There will be no refunds of any registration fees, nor waiver to the Skippack volunteer obligation, after June 1^st.

Important Dates – 2026 Practice Schedule

We understand summer schedules are busy. Practices are flexible (see below) —attend what you can. Swimmers will get out of the program what they put into it.

2026 Practice schedules:
1. End of the school calendar year (PVSD): (6/1 – 6/12)
  1. 8 & UNDER Practice
    1. Monday and Wednesday
    2. TIMES: 6:45-7:30pm
  2. 9 & Up
    1. Tuesday and Thursday
    2. TIMES: 6:45-7:30pm
2. Beginning of Morning Practices: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (6/15 – 7/16)
  1. Open – 14 and under -TIME: 7:30-8:30 am
  2. 8 & UNDER -TIME: 8:30-9:15am
  3. 9 & up – TIME: 9:30-10:30am
3. Beginning of Night Practices: 3 times a week (6/15 – 7/10)
  1. MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY ONLY
    1. 8 & UNDER- TIME: 6:15-7:00pm
    2. 9 & 10 – TIME 7:00 – 7:45pm
    3. 11 & UP- TIME: 7:00-8:00pm
4. Weekend – Saturday Only
  1. Open Practice (June 6 – July 11)
    1. 8 & Under: 8:30 – 9:15 AM
    2. 9 & Up: 8:30 – 10:00 AM
5. High School Practice: Will be held at PVHS (June 15th – July 31st)
  1. Monday–Friday: 7:00–9:00 AM
  2. Registration required through PV Community Education ($160)

2026 Swim suit try-ons: May 7th 5:30 – 7pm. Suits will need order suits directly from Toad Hollow. Swimmers are not required to purchase a team suit.
