  • Does the pool allow partial or installment membership payments?
    • With the exception of the initiation fee which can be split over two years, all membership payments are due in full with no option for partial payments.
  • I have a question about joining or the wait list.
    • Refer to the information on the Join page.
  • Can I pay my membership via check?
    • No. We only support credit card payments for membership.
  • I forgot my password.
    • Go the Login Screen. Click on the link next to “Retrieve username & password”.
  • I need to add members to my account.
    • After the annual membership payment period has been concluded the ability to add members will be enabled. These members will be added as “unpaid” to the account pending review prior to the start of the season.
  • I was charged multiple times for my membership.
    • “Pending” entries are not necessarily charges. In the very unlikely case that you have multiple cleared membership charges, contact us.
