I want to claim my membership offer.

1. Log onto your account.
2. Click on the “Pay Now” link
   
3. Put a check in a box indicating your selection for Initiation Fee option: Installment or Pay in Full. Select only one option.

4. Put a check in a box indicating your membership type: Single Membership, Couple Membership, Family Membership. Select only one option.
   (“2” in the image below.)
5. Put a check in a box next to how you want to pay: Credit/Debit or Check
   (“3” in the image below.)
   
6. Click “Next”. (“4” in the image below)
   
7. Based on your payment method, continue by following the directions for paying by check or credit/debit from Step 6 in each process.
