I want to pay membership by check.

  1. Log onto your account.
  2. Click on the “Pay Now” link
  3. Put a check in the box indicating your membership type (Single Membership, Couple Membership, Family Membership).
    (“1” in the image below and is the most often missed step.)
    If applicable to your account you may need to also select an Initiation fee option (not shown on the figure below).
  4. Put a check in the box next to “Check”. (“2” in the image below.)
  5. Click “Next”. (“3” in the image below)
  6. Click “Submit Order”
  7. You will be presented with a confirmation screen. From here you can download your bill in PDF form by clicking “Download Bill”. A copy of the bill will also be emailed to you.
  8. Print a copy of the bill, either the one you downloaded in the previous step or the one that was emailed to you (they are the same).
    Please include a copy of your bill when you mail your check!

    If you are unable to print the bill, make note of your Bill #, Acct #, and member name from the bill on a separate piece of paper to be included with your check to ensure you get credited.

    NOTE: We updated account numbers last year. All current account numbers are 5000 or greater.
    If you use your old account number your payment may not get credited.

  9. Follow the instructions on the bottom of the bill which indicate who to write the check out to and where to send it with a copy of your bill (or a separate note with bill number, account number, and member name).

  10. We process check payments in batches during this part of the season. It may be a few weeks before your check clears.
